In the Name of God

Your Excellency Mr. Ban Ki-moon

Respectable Secretary General of the United Nations

Greetings

Now the Israeli offensive in the Gaza Strip, which lasted more than thirty-five days, has temporarily come to an end. An attack which has so far led to the death of over 2000 civilians and 10000 injured. Death of over 400 innocent children, women, old and young in this bloodbath is known to everyone.

Human conscience with any religion, color and race pains from the setup of such genocide and you know better that the sound of this pain can clearly be heard on the streets of different countries around the world including Asian, African, European and American countries despite censorship of the Zionist and Western media empire. It seems that all have been "united nations" on Gaza and the crimes of Zionist regime.

There is lots of evidence of the horrible crimes of the usurper Zionist regime against human eyes. The question is whether you are aware. Are you aware of the statistics of the dead and wounded and different crimes? If you don't know that is very bad, but if you know about it and have not taken the appropriate action against the perpetrators of the crimes, not only it is worse than the first case but also you have been with them in this second case.

There is very clear evidence that proves the following crimes according to the international provisions:

Zionist regime crimes according to the international provisions

Firstly, the Zionist regime has no right to war and self-defense claim is completely unfounded. Because the attack was not done by the resistance fighters so the self-defense claim cannot be legitimate. Pre-emptive self-defense claim also has no place in international law.

Secondly, according to Geneva conventions and additional protocols the following cases are illegal:

1-Failure to take precautions to protect the civilian locations (Article 48 of the Fourth Geneva Convention)

2-Failure to adhere to the principle of separation of military and civilian aims

3-Killing civilians

A-Killing women (Article 76 of Protocol I Additional to the Geneva Convention)

B-Killing children (Article 77 of Additional Protocol I and Article 4 of Additional Protocol II)

4-Destroying important civilian installations like electricity and water (Articles 85 and 86 of Protocol I and Article 15 of Protocol II)

5-Violation of protection of civilian medical units such as hospitals, schools, mosques, the injured and disabled (Article 18 of the Fourth Convention and Article 12 of Additional Protocol II)

6-Attacks on civilian medical and religious staff who served civilian casualties (Article 20 of the Fourth Convention)

But it is good to review the crimes committed by this child-slayer regime from the perspective of "Statute of the International Criminal Court"

1-Intentionally killing women and children and the civilian population

2-Intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population and people who do not participate directly in war

3-Intentionally directing attacks against humanitarian aid workers

4-Extensive destruction and appropriation of properties not justified by military necessity

5-Intentionally directing attacks against civilian properties and bombing raids on cities and residential areas and undefended buildings which are not military targets

6-Attacks on buildings dedicated to religious, educational, artistic and scientific or charity purposes

Indeed who is cruel in this unjust war and who has been oppressed severely? Is not it obvious?

Have not you heard the screaming children and defenseless women and the elderly rolling in blood under the rubble, in the bombed hospitals and in the blood-washed streets of Gaza in these thirty-five days?

While expressing regret we should say that for years the United Nations and other similar international organizations remained in complete passivity in the face of these crimes. Not only passivity, but also your wrong statements in these two cases: the condemnation of Hamas on ceasefire violations, and the captured Israeli soldier; have reduced the trust of international community to the United Nations less than ever. Organizations that everyday flaunt the animal rights and also the dirtiest and the most hideous acts of such human-like groups like drug traffickers, terrorists and homosexuals with the slogan of human rights; But they remain silent in the face of direct killing of children and civilians; And also with their silence and contradictory statements, they accompany the criminals; And more unfortunate that countries accompanied by Israel and the mentioned international organizations are the so-called heralds of human rights in the world!!

Here are some questions to ask you:

The questions of Islamic Iran people from the UN Secretary General, Mr. Ban Ki-moon

1-Since the formation of the fake Zionist regime, what services has this regime done to human society except different crimes and killing children? And how much material and spiritual cost has brought to the communities and international organizations?

2-What actions have the United Nations done in the face of all these crimes?

3-What structures and formal procedures have been done to prevent these crimes and deterrence of Israel?

4-Are you satisfied with the performance of your duties? And after finishing your responsibility, are you relieved of your work experience?

5-Have something useful been done except the UN official crying in front of the cameras for the children of Gaza?

6-Is it true that a child lain dead in his mother's arms because of the effects of phosphorus bombs be called terrorist, but the barbaric Zionist regime soldier that does not avoid any crime be called oppressed in the media dependent to the world despots?

7-What are the uses of United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and what's its duty?

8-Is it worth facing charges and being recorded in history and of course the continuation of this massacre to remain silent in the face of all these crimes so accompanying a few cruel governments?

And thousands of other questions that courts of human conscience and public opinion ask you and your colleagues seriously although the answers are very clear.

This letter reaches you from Islamic Iran, the cradle of culture and civilization, the true pioneer of Human Rights and Anti-Oppression, one of the biggest victims of human rights violators in history and real religious democracy scout; and according to your special place we should say that you have been exposed to a particular test.

We ask you insistently, now that the situation has been partly calm, compensate your failure and negligence with preventive and serious measures against oppressive and child-slayer Zionist regime's crimes and actions.

Pursuant to the provisions of international law that were raised and the crimes of the Zionist regime, we declare our requests:

Iranians' demands of the UN Secretary General Mr. Ban Ki-moon

2-Sending donations, pharmaceutical assistance and food to Gaza Strip as soon as possible; sending medical and constructions teams to treat the wounded and to rehabilitate the attacked areas

3-Trying to maintain a sustainable cease-fire with regards to the terms and preconditions of the oppressed Palestinian people and representatives

4-Drastic entering of United Nations to punish the criminal of the Zionist regime in this unjust war with the formation of fact-finding committees to compensate the damage, and to discover the depths of disaster; introducing the criminals formally by United Nations and Security Council to the international community; and, trying and punishing them

5-Creating prelude to consider the tight constraints by governments to prevent further insane attacks of Zionist regime including embargoing that regime in various fields, issuing deterrent and operational resolutions etc

6-Creating background to disarm mass destruction weapons of Zionist regime and its allies

7-Creating introductions to hold democratic election in the occupied territories and determining the ruling regime in that territory by the vote of the people

And if the UN continues to previous passivity, unfortunately we should say that the alarm has been long sounding for the organization whose responsibility is yours and know that the world public opinion will not remain silent towards it.

At the end; we remind you and your colleagues of some of your obligations under the United Nations Charter:

Some of the responsibilities of the United Nations

1-Maintaining international peace and security, taking effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats against peace, peacefully and in accordance with the principles of justice and international law
